Teaching English is not about rules, it's about communication.

I'm Alan, a certified TEFL tutor with experience helping learners of all ages and goals to learn and grow their abilities with the English language.

I teach both adults and children, remotely and in person. I run after school revision and practice for students who are just starting English or who are studying for exams, I also run summer school groups, I work with professionals who need English in their roles, and offer conversation practice sessions for learners of all ages.

I have a background in Technology, Project Management, Hospitality and Business, and help learners with specific goals in various work environments. I am currently studying English language and literature, Italian and further teaching and education studies.

I'm originally from London and currently live in the Cilento region of Southern Italy, but can teach anywhere with an internet connection.
